Patrick Kilbride is director of Western Hemisphere Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He leads the activities of the department, including the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America (AACCLA). Kilbride is responsible for setting policy and programs for the department, and for advancing the interests of the U.S. business community on a wide range of hemispheric trade and investment issues. These include trade facilitation, trade integration, rule of law, protection of intellectual property, standards and regulatory cooperation, border management, and competitiveness.
Since January of 2012, Reuben Smith-Vaughan has served as manager for the Americas Department at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In his capacity, he provides strategic guidance and support to the Vice President for the Americas. He is actively engaged in the development and execution of the department’s policy agenda and serves as an advocate on behalf of the U.S. business community on a wide range of hemispheric trade and investment issues before the U.S. Congress and foreign government officials.
Terri O'Connor is the Senior Advisor, to the U.S. Chamber's Coalition for the Rule of Law in Global Markets, International Division, and provides expertise in Business Development, Advocacy and Government Relations. Terri has been engaged in enhancing, promoting and energizing the Coalition. She also assists in expanding and providing customized advocacy and other services to members of the Chamber's International Leadership Program.
